This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a private patio with partial slope views in the distance. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the entryway and offers a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The living area features a smart TV above a beautiful stacked stone fireplace and a L-shaped sectional. For extra sleeping options, there is a queen-sized sleeper bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private patio offering outdoor seating. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the partial slope and mountain views in the distance.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen comes stocked with household favorites including coffee + a coffee maker, hot water kettle, and a hot plate. Comfortably enjoy a meal with the entire family, the dining area seats 8 at a wooden dining table.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a water room for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen-over-queen sized bunk bed with Ivory White Bedding and a mounted flat screen TV.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding. The ivory white bedding is modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. This bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Loved the pool and hot tub

We had a great stay. Keystone is a great place. Lots of great hiking in the area. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The grill was an added plus. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We would stay here again.

Very clean and great location

This place was great. Easy to check in and find the place. Very roomy and clean. Beds are very comfortable. The best part was the short walk to the River Run lifts!

Great ski lodging

The condo accommodations were perfect for our ski outing. Well equipped kitchen. Heated pool and hot tub steps away in the courtyard. Great proximity to Keystone and A-Basin. The communication and check-in/out process were easy to follow and the information provided for the condo surrounding restaurants was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Family Time

This trip was to honor the memory our son and brother who we lost to cancer. The Colorado mountains was his favorite place. This rental was nice and quiet, clean, and close to everything.

Excellent Keystone Ski Location

This was the first time that my group of friends decided to stay near the Keystone Ski Resort. We had an excellent experience and will be returning in the future. You can’t beat the convenience of staying this close to the River Run Ski Lift. In addition, the check-in and check-out processes were smooth, we parked in a heated garage, and cooked most of our meals. I would recommend staying here to friends and family.

The location was beautiful and everything was so clean. Communication from Summit was frequent and their directions to the condo and instructions for picking up the keys were fool proof. My kids are already planning our next visit.

This unit was perfect. Spacious layout on the 1st floor, easy to unload and relaod the car in the heated garage as this unit was right by the stairs to garage. Didn't need the elevator at all. Short walk to the gondola and right in the center of the village!

Awesome Fam Vacation

Our stay started with a super easy check-in and spot on recommendations for local food places. The condo was stocked really well with kitchen items and bedding. The location was great for us close enough for our teens to walk to River Run village and for us to walk roughly 1/2 mile to the Gondola. If you needed a shuttle it was right in front of he building. Lastly appreciated the hot tub and the pool post ski days. While the gym was small, the equipment was adequate and my daughter used it daily. We will use Summit County again!
