Unique Houseboat on Dry Lot-Perfect Romantic Getaway Or Family Friendly & Pet OK
- Maggie’s houseboat features 1 bedroom, a converted loft upstairs and 1 bath. The master bedroom is downstairs along with a single bathroom. Upstairs you will find a relaxing loft (no door). This open space features a comfortable daybed with trundle that sleeps 2 comfortably. You will find plenty of books to read, VHS and DVD to watch on a 40” flat panel TV, and a wide selection of CD to listen to if all you want to do is relax. And for some further relaxation, enjoy your own nook.
Back downstairs, enjoy watching a 27” flat panel TV on a comfortable sofa. For your enjoyment, you have the option of watching cable, VHS, or DVDs. For those of you who enjoy cooking, you have a full equipped kitchen or simply use the outside BBQ grill. You can either eat outside in your private gazebo or stay inside and enjoy our dining area. You will find that our houseboat has everything you could possibly need inside and outside the house. All you need to do is bring your toothbrush and your clothes. We will handle the rest.
