We loved this home! It was perfect for our family. It was immaculate, with a Viking equipped gourmet kitchen perfect for cooking fresh catch from fishing earlier in the day. The home is on a quiet canal in a wonderful neighborhood. Great restaurants also nearby. Can’t wait for the pool to be completed in time for our next visit.

The house itself is stunning and we were able to keep our boat on the private dock which was a huge plus! No issues there. However anyone booking this property at the price point listed needs to be made aware of the construction happening in the front deck to construct a pool on the property. it’s unsafe and a hazard and limits use of the deck area to guests. There was poor communication with the host (who is not the owner of the property) which led to misinformation and confusion. Again, the house is gorgeous and everything was fine inside, but the exterior is a construction zone. Book cautiously as that is not information provided on their listing.

The House was beautiful. But the hostess was very uncooperative. There was construction going on at the house the whole 5 day stay. The loud noise from equipment and men started at *8 am every and stopped at around 7 every night. When i tried to contact the host. They text me back and told me it would be fixed. Everyday they told me this. They were very dishonest about the situation. There is no privacy at all there as there is a house being built 15 feet away and the yard being completely unusable. Falsely advertised and from what construction crew says . There were many others gone through this problem

I will start off saying that this was an incredible property and stay. The home is fairly new and is in a great location. We arrived by boat from Miami and it was a game changer having the boat docked in the back yard. The home was beautifully decorated and the open concept layout made it easy for our family to spend time together whether we were cooking, watching tv or gaming when we weren’t out on the water. Yes, the pool was under construction and the back yard was unusable. It was a little inconvenient to get down to the dock but definitely doable. Yes, there was construction going on next door during our stay but it honestly did not bother us because we were boating most of the time. When we were indoors, we couldn’t really hear construction noise because they had hurricane impact windows which keep the outside sound down. Were it not for the fact that the construction that was underway was not disclosed at the time of booking, I would have rated our stay 10/10. I hope we can return one day and enjoy their new pool!
