NOTE: This rental is for the exclusive use of this entire home and its pool/outdoor spaces. The home is separated within our compound and pool is not shared. We do own the home next door which offers 3bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, should you need additional space for a large group. That home is a completely separate listing and is an additional reservation, not part of this home.
Our boat dock lot and pickleball court is however within our fenced compound that houses both of our homes and the dock lot, and that is a shared space between both homes.

You'll have full access to the entire house, including the 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy amenities like the private pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. The property features a private entrance and is located on the waterfront with stunning sea views. For your convenience, there's an elevator that accesses all levels; please ensure the exterior elevator doors are properly closed for safe operation. The property also includes a Smart Wi-Fi Deadbolt on the front door for easy access. During your stay, the property gates will remain open, and you will have access to the outdoor pool and garden or backyard.
