The bright, open layout features a fully equipped kitchen with a large island, spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms, central air conditioning and an in-unit washer and dryer. Multiple furnished outdoor areas provide beautiful canal views and room to relax.
Enjoy the waterfront pool, covered patio and private dock. Boat lifts may be available with advance approval based on vessel size and weight. A golf cart is also available, subject to terms and driver requirements.
