Modern Nautical Townhome on Moonbay Key Largo

Welcome to a piece of paradise! This is a beautiful two-story townhouse that has been newly furnished. Upstairs you will find two cozy bedrooms each with its own smart TV. The first bedroom has a queen bed and has a balcony with a bit of an ocean view. The second bedroom has two full beds. The second bedroom also has a very large balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful weather. The full bathroom with a stand-in shower is located upstairs as well.
Downstairs you will find a gorgeous open kitchen that has all the common appliances and more. The dining room is open to the kitchen and provides some ocean views as well. Downstairs you can find the half bathroom and a very comfortable living room with a 65'' TV. There is an outside patio where you can find a few extras such as fishing gear and a kayak. If you step outside of the patio you will be a few feet away from the pool.
This townhouse is the perfect getaway to relax, soak up some sun, go out and explore, and do a lot of activities!

About Moonbay Condominium:

Moonbay Condominium is a beautiful gated condominium that provides it all! You can relax out by the pool, kiddie pool, or sun deck which are all located at the clubhouse. The clubhouse as well has a ping-pong table, foosball table, cornhole (bean bag toss), several tables with seating, a kitchen, a bathroom, and hammocks. A few feet away from the clubhouse is the ocean with a dock. You can sit at the dock and just admire the ocean or you can enjoy some fishing as well. The condominium as well has Tennis Courts, Basket Ball Courts, BBQ Area, and a mini Beach.
Located near the condominium are many restaurants (some even within walking distance), tourist attractions, Publix, Bells, Winn-Dixie, local stores, and more! John Pennekamp Park is less than a mile away and has amazing snorkeling opportunities along with a beach. Caribbean Club is nearby which offers a full-sized boat ramp and boat trailer parking.

Best place ever. Even more upgrades since we were here this time last year. Hands down the best unit at Moon Bay! You will not be disappointed, when you walk in the front door, you literally feel like you at home. Beautiful kitchen, upgraded appliances, gorgeous bathrooms. Absolutely spotless, everything is always very clean and organized. And those of us who rent this retreat, always treat it like our own. Thank you again for a wonderful, well appointed place to rest, relax and make memories!! Nothing short of a 10+++

BEYOND Expectation!

When someone takes as much pride in their property as these owners, you immediately treat it like your own and keep it tip top, clean and take pride in it yourself. And everyone in our vacation group who dropped by our place during the week could not say enough good things either. The property was immaculate from the word ‘go’. Opening the front door when we arrived was an absolute treat, every room smelled so nice and clean. A kind welcome note and treats in the kitchen. Plenty of supplies, fresh towels, kitchenware, all updated appliances, beautiful flooring, well appointed decor. I’ll put it this way: we’ve already booked for next year. Everyone who owns a property in Moon Bay could take some lessons from these owners. And we’ve been coming here for YEARS so I feel very confident in that statement. This place is a gem and our family cannot wait to come back. Thank you for making us feel at home. Your communication was very positive and helpful every step of the way. :)

Amazing property, well stocked

We had the perfect stay at Moon Bay. Jorge and Ida have everything you need and then some. We got in at 2:00 on the morning, without groceries and were pleased surprised that there was coffee and creamer so we could start the next day right. Jorge was so responsive but we didn’t need to bother him much! We will be back!!!

Amazing condo and fantastic views!

This condo is perfectly situated on Key Largo close many things to do, see, and great restaurants! The condo is extremely well stocked and decorated so perfectly for the location. There were plenty of fun things to do with the kids as well. The boat slip came in handy for the boat we had for a couple of days. Lots of fun sea life comes around the dock and amazing sunsets! We can’t wait to come back! The hosts were great as well, very helpful!
