*NEW Listing* This is a 2 story building right next to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Beautiful water view from the living area with a great balcony. You will find a kayak launch at the end of the street and plenty of trailer parking, should you bring your boat. The main floor consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house has a bonus recreation area with a pool table and loads of room on the terrace for grilling or playing dominos. You will have bicycles and a kayak at your disposal.
The Space:
Master bedroom has a queen size bed and the guestbedroom has 2 full beds. The living rooms area has a beautiful water view. The house is accessible from 2 streets. Plenty of parking for boat trailers.
Guest Access:
You will receive a door code to enter the house. Parking is available on both sides of the house.
The Neighborhood:
Feel free to explore this very nice and quiet neighborhood. You will be very close to Jules Undersea Lodge, The Hideout Restaurant and the Pink Plaza is across US1.
Getting Around:
The home comes with 3 bicycles.
Other Things to Note:
Additional pet cleaning fee of $65 per dog will apply. Any pet will need to be pre-approved.

Great House in Quiet Key Largo Neighborhood
We loved the house and spent many hours on the screened in porch that looked out at the sound. The property manager was very responsive to any needs. We realized there wasn't a toaster in the house and she brought one over in a few hours. The kitchen did not have a lot of dishes/pots/pans, but for the two of us it was fine. It's a fun neighborhood to walk around. You have to visit the Hideout for breakfast or lunch. It's a little gem with great food. Lots of other great restaurants and bars within a couple miles driving distance. The downstairs, which you have full access to via a separate entrance, has another bedroom and bathroom, as well as a small kitchenette and a pool table.
