Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

A $200 / stay cleaning fee will be charged.
A deposit of $1000 will be required on arrival to compensate for any damage caused. This will be returned within one week of departure.
If it is discovered anyone has been smoking inside the property your damage deposit may be charged the full amount.
