We were only there for a quick night sleep. The beds were comfy, the room was big and the AC was a huge bonus! Great service at check in. The shower and fan in the bathroom were noisy, but the water pressure was great! The area felt safe.

great spot for an overnight on the way to Sea Ranch area. Clean room. Nice to have breakfast included and loved the fancy coffee selections that were in the "made to order" machine. Appreciate being dog friendly. The pet area was extremely clean and had astro turf as well as doggie bags. Around enough fast food restaurants for a great selection for an easy dinner. We were pleasantly surprised!

This is a perfect stopover on the 5. The front desk was very helpful and kind, the breakfast was filling and tasty, and the room was spacious. It's a little farther off the freeway than other nearby hotel stops, which made it quieter. Unfortunately I am not sure our bathroom was fully cleaned before we arrived - there were water spots on the mirror and an off-putting streak in the tub. :0

The front-desk staff was very responsive - rooms were clean and quiet, and the hotel's location is in the middle of almost every fast food restaurant one could hope for. The one drawback is that there is no elevator so if that's an issue, be sure to request a ground floor room.

The beds were super comfortable but the pillows were terrible. The breakfast was great but please add one more item of protein - peanut butter, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, etc. Overall, a pretty good experience in the middle of a long drive from Oregon to Palm Springs. Would stay again!

Needed a place to stay overnight on a long road trip. For the location, this hotel suited my needs: a place to get some sleep and a hot breakfast. If you do not need a lot of amenities and your needs are basic, this place will work for a layover.

The only positive thing I can say about this property is the location. The rooms are extremely outdated, smell old, and the bedding is minimal and uncomfortable. The bathrooms are tiny and did not feel properly cleaned—I found multiple hairs in the shower before I had even used it. The rooms are also incredibly loud. The beds are positioned so close to the doors that you can hear everything happening outside, including people talking, walking by, and doors opening and closing. It made it very difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Also worth noting: there are no microwaves on-site and no water refill stations. I stayed for more than four nights and had no way to heat up food during my entire stay. When I asked staff about basic amenities or alternatives, they were dismissive and essentially sent me elsewhere rather than offering any helpful solution. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as disappointing. Staff were consistently unhelpful when asked for assistance and did not seem knowledgeable about basic guest needs or available options. For the price and length of my stay, I expected significantly better cleanliness, amenities, comfort, and service. The location is convenient, but that was not enough to make up for the overall experience. I would not stay here again.
