Our apologies for the Main Street construction the City of Ketchum initiated. It is a bit of an inconvenience, but in a mountain community a necessary evil in the summer as we only have a limited time between snow months to get those repairs done.We did attempt to reach out to each incoming guest to notify them if we did have their contact info. Most likely this may have come via your Expedia app since your booking was made with them. I'm happy to report that the construction in front of the hotel has been completed. I did research the situation and it appears we did not receive a request for a room with a tub from your outside booking agent. Unfortunately, at the time this request for a tub took place at the front desk, the only option available was the tub/shower option in a double queen room. In the future if a free-standing tub is an amenity you desire, please be sure to request and book a Limelight Suite, as these suites are the only option here at the Limelight with that free-standing soaker tub accommodation. The rate is a little higher, but they are beautiful rooms with oversized bathrooms featuring a soaker tub and shower option, along with a king bed in the bedroom and a separate living room with fireplace.Nevertheless, we apologize for the stopper not functioning properly - our engineering team would have been happy to assist with this issue for you, so we're sorry we did not have that opportunity to do that. No excuse for the half & half being outdated. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. We have notified our team and will do a full inventory of our supplies so that does not happen again. I hope you had an opportunity to enjoy our complimentary guest breakfast and coffee service in our lobby lounge. We always get great reviews on our extensive breakfast with hot and cold options to choose from. Thank you for staying with us at the Limelight and for your feedback. We hope we have an opportunity to see you again sometime soon.
