"We had a last minute issue with travel plans and the front desk staff member was very stand offish in helping. He got loud with me even though I was very quiet speaking to him. Ultimately I had to pay for this entire 4-day stay even though we never actually stayed there. On top of that, we saw multiple bugs along with window in the lobby that had me concerned about the cleanliness of the facilities."

"The room was dirty, the bed sheets seemed clean but I woke up the next day and my face was red like smth bit me when I have no allergies. There were no towels provided or anything else. The bathrooms and kitchen were really dirty. The only good thing was the staff that I talked on the phone with and the roomgirl that I met. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family or people that they want smth cheap and comfort."

Staff were not very friendly and it was much further from train station and airport than expected. There was no shuttle or assistance finding buses and trains to get to Marienplatz. Would stay much closer to old town next time."
