"What a beautiful stay! So quaint and beautiful on the lake. The rooms are very roomy, beautiful bathrooms. The staff is lovely. Breakfast limited to only French toast or cereal but French toast was delicious! We came up for Binghamton graduation and everything was sold out in Binghamton. So happy we ended up staying here! Would come again!"

"DON"T LET THE WORD "MOTEL"
TURN YOU OFF.
We stayed there for one night after our granddaughter's high school graduation in a nearby town. We are always a little leary booking a stay at a "motel". We were so pleasantly surprised! Check in was quick. The woman that checked us in was a very friendly and a joy to talk to. The exterior of the motel was well tended with beautiful flower boxes on the ralings and gorgeous hanging plants above. The room was meticulously clean! The decor was very nice and the room looked recently renovated. The Bathroom was very nice as well.
The motel.is right off Rt 17, with a McDonald's and 2 gas stations right across the street. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again."
"An Absolute Paradise with an Amazing Community! This isolated cabin was the perfect peaceful getaway. The location is incredibly calm, and you can hear the stream running just a few yards away. At night, thousands of fireflies lit up the woods like Christmas lights! It was also the first time we let our dog, Jasper, explore off-leash. He was so happy running around the massive 10-acre property. The cabin itself was spotless and fully equipped with plenty of utensils for a comfortable stay.Beyond the property, the nearby town is charming and very small. The local people are incredibly welcoming, kind, and always greet you with a warm smile. We felt right at home and cannot recommend this slice of paradise enough!"
Kayak/Canoe/Fish & Relax right from the backyard of this Riverfront 3 B/R home!
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property with a great location to fish several of the area's rivers and brooks including the West Branch of the Delaware that is just out the back door! Having the canoe and kayaks are an added bonus. Thanks Justin."
Charming Country Cottage Located On Cute Farm, Minutes From The Delaware River
8/10 Good
"Overall, we had a great time. Hosts were lovely. They were on-site and accommodating when we needed something. They were happy to show off their farm animals to us. Tracy is happy to recommend where to eat (and where NOT to).Rooms were generally clean. It is in the country, so it’s a little buggy. Recommendation: fix the screen door to help keep bugs out of the house. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. We came upon a couple of things we could have used (ex: foil or plastic wrap or storage containers)…but overall we had what we needed. The outside grill is an electric grill (so no flame for s’mores), and a little small…I’d say big enough for six burgers. But again, it was sufficient for our needs.Bathrooms were clean, and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels. Plenty of hot water and water pressure was fine. Recommend leaving extra rolls of TP under sinks so guests don’t have to bother you if they run out.Master bedroom bed was super comfortable, but room was a little musty. Bunk beds and loft bed were a bit uncomfortable. Kids would be fine in bunk beds…my adult kids were uncomfortable. Nice balance between getting away from it all, and having access to recreational activities, restaurants, etc."
"We very much enjoyed ourselves. It was rustic, with the understanding they are remodeling while we were there. But we didn't mind they thought of everything right down to the little travel sewing kit in the room. It was like when you least expected it, you found something else that was unexpected and amazing that they thought ahead another emergency prevention. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and our grandkids. Appreciate the s'mores kids at the bonfire."
Amenity filled camper with direct Delaware River Access
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent little camp site set up private property. I can tell that the owners take pride in their offering. It's perfectly maintained, and they are serious about the camper being packed with every amenity one might want for "glamping." Highly recommended."
Rose's River Retreat@Monument Pool w/ 2300' of Private Access on the West Branch
10/10 Excellent
"This property is awesome! The new fishing kayaks are a really great addition, the seats are the most comfortable I've ever been on in a kayak, canoe, or rowboat. The host is amazing and very timely with responses, and was able to help with some minor issues around the house. The property itself is very comfortable, the deck is huge and it's a really nice lookout spot, and the river view is beautiful. I would highly recommend it if you're a fan of nature (especially if you're a fly fisherman) or just looking to get away!"
