"What a beautiful stay! So quaint and beautiful on the lake. The rooms are very roomy, beautiful bathrooms. The staff is lovely. Breakfast limited to only French toast or cereal but French toast was delicious! We came up for Binghamton graduation and everything was sold out in Binghamton. So happy we ended up staying here! Would come again!"

"An Absolute Paradise with an Amazing Community! This isolated cabin was the perfect peaceful getaway. The location is incredibly calm, and you can hear the stream running just a few yards away. At night, thousands of fireflies lit up the woods like Christmas lights! It was also the first time we let our dog, Jasper, explore off-leash. He was so happy running around the massive 10-acre property. The cabin itself was spotless and fully equipped with plenty of utensils for a comfortable stay.Beyond the property, the nearby town is charming and very small. The local people are incredibly welcoming, kind, and always greet you with a warm smile. We felt right at home and cannot recommend this slice of paradise enough!"
Charming Country Cottage Located On Cute Farm, Minutes From The Delaware River
8/10 Good
"Overall, we had a great time. Hosts were lovely. They were on-site and accommodating when we needed something. They were happy to show off their farm animals to us. Tracy is happy to recommend where to eat (and where NOT to).Rooms were generally clean. It is in the country, so it’s a little buggy. Recommendation: fix the screen door to help keep bugs out of the house. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. We came upon a couple of things we could have used (ex: foil or plastic wrap or storage containers)…but overall we had what we needed. The outside grill is an electric grill (so no flame for s’mores), and a little small…I’d say big enough for six burgers. But again, it was sufficient for our needs.Bathrooms were clean, and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels. Plenty of hot water and water pressure was fine. Recommend leaving extra rolls of TP under sinks so guests don’t have to bother you if they run out.Master bedroom bed was super comfortable, but room was a little musty. Bunk beds and loft bed were a bit uncomfortable. Kids would be fine in bunk beds…my adult kids were uncomfortable. Nice balance between getting away from it all, and having access to recreational activities, restaurants, etc."
"We very much enjoyed ourselves. It was rustic, with the understanding they are remodeling while we were there. But we didn't mind they thought of everything right down to the little travel sewing kit in the room. It was like when you least expected it, you found something else that was unexpected and amazing that they thought ahead another emergency prevention. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and our grandkids. Appreciate the s'mores kids at the bonfire."
"One of our best experiences with VRBO! The house and grounds were perfect. Jennifer left a bottle of wine to greet us. All of our children and grandchildren as well as our 87 year old grandmother had an amazing time. Forest City and Honesdale were a delight but rest assured you don’t need to leave the property to find something to do. We had a smoke alarm issue and Fred was great. Responsive and helpful. We cooked for our crowd and should have packed a large stock pot. Two maintenance items-kitchen light bulbs burnt out and stove temp seems to be a bit off to a lower temp. None of these were show stoppers we just adjusted. We are already talking about another booking! Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful time!"
Amenity filled camper with direct Delaware River Access
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent little camp site set up private property. I can tell that the owners take pride in their offering. It's perfectly maintained, and they are serious about the camper being packed with every amenity one might want for "glamping." Highly recommended."
Rose's River Retreat@Monument Pool w/ 2300' of Private Access on the West Branch
10/10 Excellent
"This property is awesome! The new fishing kayaks are a really great addition, the seats are the most comfortable I've ever been on in a kayak, canoe, or rowboat. The host is amazing and very timely with responses, and was able to help with some minor issues around the house. The property itself is very comfortable, the deck is huge and it's a really nice lookout spot, and the river view is beautiful. I would highly recommend it if you're a fan of nature (especially if you're a fly fisherman) or just looking to get away!"
"I stayed in a third floor room with a brand new bathroom, the room itself could use a little updating, but it was clean and perfectly fine. It’s a great value and it comes with a delicious for breakfast. Everyone that works there is super nice and there’s a restaurant and bar in the first floor."
