Staff from arrival to leaving were nice, rooms were comfortable and pool was great. Inn is a throw back to the old style but is keep in a good condition.

This is an older property in dire need of renovation. The hallway carpets are stained, the wallpaper in the rooms is peeling, the baseboards, paint, and bathrooms are in need of replacement. Plus we were put in the “loft” rooms which have no elevators and are only accessed by a rather rickety spiral staircase and are not a good way to be carrying luggage up and down. If we had more than a one night stay we would have definitely asked to be moved. Considering the price of the room, this is NOT a good value for the money. Very disappointed and will definitely seek another hotel if I pass through Kerrvile again.

We were disappointed at checking in… the room we reserved much earlier had been given to someone else. Nothing was offered except a regular room with very little amenities. Needless to say, we were not happy campers!

The inn was very well maintained and care has been given to every detail on the property. Very nice and no disrepair in our rooms, which for an aged hotel, is surprising. Very lovely. James at the front desk was exceptional. He took initiative to get our room ready by 1pm so we could be ready for a wedding by 3:30. He called the day before our arrival and the day of arrival to ensure we were aware of all details and to confirm his own. Just as he said, our room was available by 1pm that day. He's fantastic and goes the extra mile for his guests. These employees are rare for these days and I would be sure to keep such staff at whatever cost. He's what sold me most about the hotel and would stay again. Critique: Our room seemed a bit musty which we suspect could be coming from the AC vent. It might need cleaning. Also the queen bed closes to the window was shot directly by the blowing AC much like a ceiling fan on high. I had to block my face with a pillow at night as to prevent any congestion the next morning. The vents can't be adjusted to change the directional blowing. Otherwise our room was clean, roomy, good view, and very nice. Overall a very nice pretty hotel! Recommend!

The commode was for midgets! The management refused to give us a copy of our paid bill. When I said that we were charges for incidentals and we did not use any thing, and that I needed to see a refund, she made no effort to give us anything.

The first impression is that the property needs an update because looks in the seventies or eighties. The staff is very attentive and professional, the room was very clean and it looked updated. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet maybe because it was a Wednesday during spring break. The AC was very quiet and the bathroom very clean. TV was not working at the beginning but someone came to fix it immediately. I love we had two queen beds and a sofa in very big area. Water in the pool was very cold but the pool was clean. For the price, location and the features of the room, I would recommend it and get back to this place.

From the pictures posted on Hotels.com, we were expecting a much nicer accommodation. We were very disappointed to find that it was essentially something like a Best Western hotel that had been renovated. The good is that the rooms were clean and I would give it an A for cleanliness. But, the hotel was dated with old furniture and decor and thin walls, which led to challenging sleep. We were put in a room facing a parking lot and construction area and the price was comparative to an IHG or Hilton.

The noisy and smelly country
Room was loud, you can hear everything around, upstairs, outside and next door. The bathroom was so small I barely even fit. I’m only 6ft 205lbs. TV didn’t work. I’m a non smoker but every smell seeps thru the cracks around the door.
