Just a 2-minute drive from downtown Kerrville and Shreiner University, this second floor unit overlooks the Guadelupe River from its balcony. Guests will enjoy the lawn area in the front, and access to outdoor fire pits as well as BBQ grills along the river front.

This second floor 600 sqft ft spacious and renovated Deluxe King Suite cabin features:

We also have an onsite event center that can be rented for celebrating special occasions such as birthdays, family reunion, etc. Please call us for group or event booking.

House Rules:

Linen Usage:
All linens including bed sheets and towels are provided to guests during your stay with us. These linens need to stay inside the cabin at all times and cannot be taken out for outdoor usage. Disposable (one-time use) towels are available for purchase at our office for $5 per towel.

Damages and/or Missing Items:
Contents within the cottages should be remaining in the cottages at all times. In the event of any damage to a cottage and/or items taken from the cottage caused by the cottage’s occupants during the stay, the guest(s) will be responsible for payment to River Trail Cottages of the amount necessary to cover such damage or loss. Upon discovery of any damage or loss, River Trail Cottages will have the right to pursue collection of such payment, including but not limited to placing charges on the guest’s credit cards.

SMOKING:
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF CIGARETTES, E-CIGS, OR OTHER PARAPHENALIA INSIDE THE ROOMS and around the perimeters of the cottage (i.e. porch or deck). A fine of $250 will be charged to your room if smoking is found inside the cottage. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Please do not throw used cigarette butts on the ground.

QUIET TIME OBSERVANCE:
In order to provide our guests with an enjoyable and relaxing environment, we observe a strict quiet time period from 10 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily.

PETS:
Well-behaved pets are allowed, no more than 2 per room. A Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $35 is required for each room. Pets must stay on a leash at all times when on the property. Do not leave pets unattended in the room unless they are in a crate/kennel. Do not leave pets unattended on the balconies if you leave the property. PLEASE KEEP THEM OFF THE FURNITURE AND BEDS. An additional cleaning and/or bedding replacement fee will be charged if your pet(s) leave a mess on the bedding. When walking your dog, please use the Pet Waste Stations provided in various areas around the property.
