Charming cottage

This cottage was very well appointed and decor was excellent. The owner was very responsive, kind and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cottage. Great location close to Main Street and in a nice neighborhood.

Weekend Trip

We had a great stay. The property was a moderate walk to Main Street. We like walking so we never even needed an uber. The place was clean and peaceful and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t need the kitchen really, but it was nice. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were nice well.

Excellent place to stay in Fredericksburg. Very new and comfortable 2Br/2Ba condo. Well-stocked home with everything that we needed for a long weekend. When visiting Fredericksburg again, will check availability of this place first. Thank you for a great experience!

So clean it squeaked!

My mom and two daughters were with me on this 3 generation girls’ trip. The listing was absolutely accurate and everything was extremely clean. The location was convenient and very quiet. I would not hesitate to book this condo again.

Great getaway!

Great getaway! We were able to meet up with friends we hadn’t seen in a long time. It was a great place to relax, beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect place! Host was so easy to work with, very welcoming with every email, text and phone call! Would highly recommend booking Karen’s Cottage!

Octoberfest

Beautiful weather for the Festival, we enjoyed all of the sights and sounds and of course the Octoberfest Beer! Came in both nights to the comfort of the Condo to relax, rest up for the next day. The Condo is well equipped and easy to relax in. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing

What a beautiful place to stay. Furnished perfectly, everything you need for a vacation. Both bedrooms have very comfortable king size beds and the master bath has a lovely walk in shower. Great location, very quiet and just a short distance from downtown Fredricksburg. And Karen the owner is great to work with, I had a couple of questions and she was always there to answer right away. I highly recommend this home.

Quiet, clean and modern

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Karen’s Kottage! The condo was clean and orderly. We were pleasantly surprised at how stocked the kitchen was. There was one minor appliance issue that the owner rectified quickly. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Spot

We stayed here on the July 4th weekend and could not have been happier. It is located close enough to Main St. for convenience yet far enough away to be cozy and quiet. The property is set back from the road and there is an entry gate that provides an extra layer of safety. It's very clean and modern with more space than the pictures show. The beds were very comfortable and we were provided more than enough towels in both bathrooms.I would stay here again for sure.

Fun in Fredericksburg.

Great place, great location. Owner was very responsive. Few minor issues that really didn’t hurt our stay. Also agree with other reviews on better seating than the low chair in the living room. The outside chairs were also only something that kids could sit on. All in all a great place to stay.

Very nice property!

There were 4 people in our party (two couples). Plenty of room for everyone. This appeared to be a new property with super comfortable beds. The space was clean, organized and very nicely decorated with all of the "necessary" conveniences. Karen was super friendly, communicative and kind. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all my family and friends.

Great home in a quiet location, but so close to Main St!

Karen's home was absolutely beautiful, amazingly clean, bright, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed! The king size beds were a plus and if you like memory foam, you'll love these beds! Bathrooms are huge! And the covered front porch is great for relaxing all day in the shade! And Karen has thought of every detail and left easy instructions. Great communicator! Loved it, thank you!

Relaxing

The property is not in the hustle and bustle near Main Street, but it's close enough that you can get downtown in 5 minutes. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the ability to relax in a very clean townhouse. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a weekend stay. Our hostess, Karen, communicated with us often. She also made wonderful dining suggestions for us. We definitely would stay again! Thanks, Karen!

Weekend Wine Getaway

Karen’s Kottage was the perfect stay for our weekend getaway with friends! Her place was new, clean, fully stocked with all of your needs. It even had a hairdryer in each bathroom, (2) dishwasher pods, and (2) laundry pods. The only complication we encountered was using the TV/remotes. The house was centrally located, close to everything, and tucked away in a quiet little community. The hostess was super responsive and offered lots of useful tips! All four of us gave it a 10/10, and we will definitely stay again! Thanks, Karen!

We had a wonderful girls’ trip staying here with my aunt and cousin for the night. The beds were very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and new. The living room sofa with reclining seats was such a cozy touch, perfect for relaxing and catching up. The location was super convenient to everything we needed, and the décor throughout the property was stylish and welcoming. Overall, a great stay — we would definitely come back!
