Wake up in this bright tiny house located right in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. It’s a well-equipped casita very close (walkable, even) to Kerrville’s historic downtown, the River Trail, and the Trailhead Beer Garden and Kerrville Hills Winery, both located on the Schreiner University campus. We are happy to share our well-proven insider tips with our guests to enjoy Kerrville and the Texas Hill Country at its best!

Casita Blanca is a unique tiny house in a cozy neighborhood. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck with some of the neighborhood deer that pass through. Enjoy the custom mural in the back as you unwind with a game of beanbag toss. And catch some zzz’s in the custom made queen bed.

Weekend away for two

Casita Blanca was the cutest tiny home! It was very clean, organized and decorated so well. The location was great and communication with the owner was easy. We loved all the little extras: snacks, water in the fridge, a binder full of local places to eat and things to see. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Wonderful Spot!

Came for an anniversary trip and this adorable tiny home was perfect for our stay! Close to everything plus it has all you need! Super cute welcoming decor and host was super friendly and accommodating…loved all the treats left for us! The deer In and out of the yard and 5 sleeping by the front porch at night was awesome to experience! Would definitely stay here again highly recommend!

Casa Blanca for the win!

Perfect setup for a single or couple, easy walk or drive to most places. We had a beer at the beer garden on campus, eat breakfast tacos at Mary’s which is a must, and dinner at the Rails. A++++++

PERFECT Stay in the Hill Country!

This beautiful tiny home had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable week-long stay in Kerrville. The bathroom was spacious, the whole place was clean and very easy to cool with the AC, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals for the week. Absolutely loved waking up to see the baby deer in the backyard as well! Very peaceful, very centrally located to everything. Sarah was a phenomenal host, and we can't wait to stay here again!

Lovely little tiny house!

We had a wonderful stay at this impeccably neat and clean tiny house. It had everything we needed, and felt spacious inside due to the smart layout and large walk-in closet to keep your belongings out of the way. The owner seemed to have anticipated the needs of the guests, with clear instructions and ways to make more room if you needed it (e.g. the table folds up and out of the way & chairs stack). We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, as we needed to prepare a lot of our own meals. The house is also in an excellent location, with an easy walk to the quaint shopping area and the park next to the river. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

This house was perfect for our stay! It was the perfect size for two. The house was clean and has wonderful modern appliances that worked great! The host was responsive to any questions or concerns we had (we encountered an injured baby deer that we wanted to make sure was safe and taken care of). I would absolutely recommend this to house to anyone staying in Kerrville!

We enjoyed our weekend in Kerrville! We stayed in Casita Blanca for two nights. It’s convenient to downtown, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The deer were frequent visitors. Has everything you need to be comfortable.

Casita Blanca worked great for our quick trip to Kerrville. We actually bought breakfast foods at HEB and made a great breakfast on Sunday morning. Most breakfast places are closed on Sunday so this worked great. Plenty of room for my wife and I. We’ll book it again for our next visit!

Great place to stay!

This place has all the comforts of home! And it’s decorated so beautifully and the bed is comfy. Big bathroom and closet and the use of a stove and fridge was great! The deer visiting the yard were an extra treat. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It’s close to grocery and other places. I definitely recommend this place!!!
