Staff were brilliant, couldn’t fault them... always happy and would do anything to help you. The room was good, not huge but perfect for two people. the shower could have been a little better but i wasn’t expecting anything overly good In that department, but again not bad at all. The pool area is really nice, perfect size pool and nice seating area with bean bags and sun beds etc.. Overall we were really happy with our stay at Seminyak garden hotel and would definitely recommend anyone to stay there :)

For the price it’s good
The hotel itself is fine, cleanliness could be a bit better in the bathroom area and the shower. The staff were nice and the pool and garden area were lovely. The breakfast is mainly Indonesian but with decent variety of noodles, rice, toast etc. it was about a 15-20 minute walk from the main Seminyak shopping district and the beach but if you don’t mind the walk it is in a good location. The bed was comfortable however the pillows were way to big and gave us sore necks that we chose to sleep without them most of the nights we stayed. The spa is also nothing spectacular, quite expensive for what it is in Bali. The room is small and dusty, the massage therapist I had kept coughing and sneezing on me. At night street was loud and could hear people talking through hallways of hotel. They had freshwater filters provided too. Overall it was a decent stay for the cheap price paid , would return if on a budget.

A decent stay in a great area.
We stayed here several night for business and pleasure. The staff was very helpful and friendly, great location along the main road with bars and food nearby. The beds are OK and the breakfast could be better... especially if you stay more than 2 days. Overall its quick and easy and would recommend it for the cost and location.

1 week in Seminyak
My partner and I had a standard room overlooking pool and grounds. Fabulous 3rd floor view. 2km walk to beach. Situated close to lots of good restaurants and cheap eats. Food quality was consistently above average although not a large selection but enough variety for us. Free afternoon tea each day was the icing on the cake. Staff went above and beyond whenever you needed anything having learnt both our names off by heart and were very friendly and always smiling. Definately stay here again. Highly recommended.

I found the staff from the front desk, restaurant, maintenance, security etc all very helpful, courteous and friendly. My very reasonably priced room had a great view of padi fields. However, it was very noisy on Saturday night with the band playing by the pool. The hotel is rather dated and could do with some renovations and upgrading.

Very comfy and nice staff
This is my second tome to stay favehotel but different area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody looking for economic holiday and accommodation. Staff were extremely nice and it is very close to fancy restaurants as well as local restaurants. Weekend bbq also fantastic!! My next holiday in Bali will be starting choose this hotel as of my accommodation.

Nice friendly hotel somewhat dated. No fridge or kettle in rooms. Limited western breakfast options in buffet mainly aimed at asian food. Was far north of Seminyak. I would mot stay there again.

The room was really dirty. There was a broken glass and a used lipstick under the bed and everything just felt unclean.

WORST HOTEL EVER!
Tricked us on money, went through our personal stuff and bags in our room and couldnt take responsibility. Took my favorite sweatshirt, never got it back. Couldnt apologize and manager said he didn't trust his guest nor his staff. It was horrible, wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. A shame that hotels.com even works together with this bad bad bad hotel! Being tricked on money, not getting apologies, don't care about our integrity and take our stuff is not OK! Don't book this AWFUL hotel. Worst ever.

The hotel was horrible wost experience ever! Upon arrival the staff weren't friendly the room was tiny nothing like the photos. It was filthy the food was discusting and every morning at about 545am the staff would have meetings in the hallway and be very loud.

Reasonably priced comfortable stay
Positives: - excellent check-in (fast, easy, welcome drink on arrival) - room décor modern, air con, pay tv, safe in room, comfortable clean bed - nice pool adjacent to bar area - reasonable selection at buffet breakfast Room for improvement: - coffee / tea making facilities in room would be very valuable - the buffet breakfast (& complimentary afternoon tea) seemed to run out of many items when I arrived and did not seem to be replenished very often. There was nothing really available for afternoon tea except coffee. - perhaps a few more pool-side lounge chairs as many guests were using the pool - room near street very loud from external noise; hotel can't help that I guess - inquired about the Kura Kura bus route and staff at reception were not sure how to assist with my inquiry and said only option for my destination was to catch a taxi. I searched online and in fact could catch a single bus. Perhaps worth gaining a bit of knowledge here as not all guests prefer catching a taxi. Overall would recommend staying here for a reasonably priced comfortable hotel, thanks

This hotel is cheap and cheerful. The staff were helpful and polite. The pool facilities were excellent. Some parts of the hotel would benefit from a lick of paint, which would improve the overall appearance.

Nice garden and pool. Behind the hotel is a rice field. You have to pay 60000 per person for breakfast, but the breakfast ist very good.

Amazing hotel for price, lovely staff!!
It is a great hotel considering the price, we moved from a hotel that was 6 times the cost of this 1 and the previous hotel was no where near 6 times the quality. Although the location is not amazing, unless you pay a excessive premium to be beach front in Seminyak none of the hotels are in amazing location. Having said that you can rent scooters for as little as $5 a day or alternatively the hotel will order you bluebird taxis which are extremely reasonably priced

Moved twice in my 3 day stay at their bidding a/c broke - Rv not working - 2 lifts each day one was out of action and the other flashing warnings! Rooms dirty and old no fridge to any of the rooms and none of the small expected facilities that one normally gets. Staff are 'okay' but even security guard doesn't move to help with traffic when you are trying to get across busy road. Really TERRIBLE place - my first complaint - ever and I travel a lot

There is no coffee/tea making facilities. The air conditioning is noisy and not cold enough. There is no wake up call tho I requested for a morning call at 3.15am. Luckily my phone alarm rung and woke me up. When Checking out at 4am , I enquired why there is no morning call ,the receptionist just smiled and could not give me an explanation. i don't recommend the hotel unless you are on budget. Definitely below my expectation.

For the price I thought the hotel was excellent
Enjoyed our stay the staff were fantastic the only downside was no fridge in the room could easily fit one in but circle k next door

Good cheap hotel
The service here was great! They gave me a card signed by everyone and a dessert on my birthday :) The concierge are incredibly helpful. They are right next to some delicious restaurants and nothing is too much trouble for them. The spa treats are divine and well worth any money spent
