He reached out after we booked our stay and helped us organize a car rental and other activities which made planning our trip in Zakynthos so much easier! "No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room.
