"Comfortable stay. Excellent service and I will recommend for anyone. If any guest come for serious discussion give them private area not in middle of the restaurant. Their loud conversations is not comfortable for other guest and rude attitude towards serving bearers, shouldn’t be allow. Such guests may be Big shots of the town/city but certain good attitude to be kept to the staff , senior managers sit with the guest and absorbs such attitude. "

"The hotel was clean & tidy. Staff were very attentive & sorted out any issues promptly! The cleaners were excellent, restaurant staff, reception & management were very pro active in their roles too! Would definitely stay at this hotel if visiting Trivandrum again! Special mention goes to Sidharth, Arun, Bhagyalaxmi, Vishnu & Rajaskar! Thank you everyone!"

"Santa Maria is a beautiful gem located right on the ocean. The owners are very kind, thoughtful, and accommodating of their guests. It is very conveniently located near the airport (15 minutes by taxi) and many other attractions Kerala has to offer. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some offering ocean views and balconies to enjoy the sunsets and watch the local fishermen haul in their catches of the day. Staff can cook meals upon request and serve lovely juice- highly recommend the cucumber, ginger, lime juice. We are very greatful to the owners for our stay there and would gladly stay again. "
