"Check in was great and the night clerk was awesome. Later after midnight, the new ckerk lacked any customer service skills and was annoyed we were up purchasing snacks. The worst clerk was during breakfast. As I sat and people watched, I overheard 2 different phone calls come there where it was mentioned that yes they could have a late check out, until noon. As she finished the last call, I approached and asked for the same, I was immediately told no. She stated that her manager said that there weren’t any allowed. I said I just heard you agree to two not 5 minutes ago. She walked away from the counter. I am a diamond member and called Hilton hotels who made it right. I will decline on here to say what I actually think the real reason is but I wont frequent this place again. The parking is also at a minimum. "

"This is not a standard hotel. It appeared to be short term living for people. There were several unsavory people milling around the entrance. It smelled like stale cigarettes and the grounds were dirty. Even though it is close to the airport, it is in a very sketchy area and not what I typically experience when booking a hotel close to the airport. Needless to say, after a few minutes in the lobby and seeing the clientele hang around the front entrance, I felt unsafe and left immediately. If you are traveling to Louisville my advice is do not book this “hotel.”"
