"We couldn't get into the hot tub because it was full. There was renovation going on and I hope that they decide to add another one. The bartender out by the pool was an absolute jerk. He should not be working with the public."

"The front desk staff is excellent, attentive and friendly. The blonde middle-aged bartender is terrible - he did not want to deal with customers at all. We had to order at the machine and he obviously does not want to work there. Food in the lobby bistro was excellent (amazing brussels sprouts), but very bad at the Space Bar on the roof (do NOT get the Korean BBQ bowl or burger). Very cute touches for kids like the astronaut light projector in the rooms. Super close to the Space Center. Rooms were fairly clean, but there was some gunk around the bottom edge of the faucet that was very visible. "

"When speaking to the manager, it seemed super nice & well managed. Once we got to the property & entered it looked nice, but that was before looking closer… When we pulled down one of the futon beds, crumbs & yucky stuff FLEW everywhere. & when we covered that up with a sheet & then opened up a blanket to get some sleep after a long day of travels, we noticed a… peculiar… stain on the blanket. With there being a washer & dryer on site, that was enough for us to grab our things & leave. Absolutely disgusting…"

"Hotel was worn and tired. Door to balcony did not work to overlook the water. Lock was jammed or broken and building settling had prevented the door from functioning. Mold/ discoloration in bath and shower showcased the lack of care for maintenance and health. No blankets provided and a call to remedy was a person that did not deliver or resolve the issue. "

"The host was welcoming; even put a couple of small birthday balloons in the house. We were a group of women celebrating at 60th and a 70th birthday. The rental company responded to any questions I had within minutes. The noon check in and check out times were fantastic. Every rental should adopt that. The view from the back porch was awesome.The beds were comfortable. "

"This house was perfect for the night before our family cruise!!! Plenty of room for all 9 of us!!! Jacuzzi bathtub didn’t work. Loved the pond in the front yard. "
