The walk to the beach in under a mile and all sidewalks. There are 2 parking spots and a staircase to get to this private 2nd and 3rd floor unit. Inside you will find an open concept dining room, kitchen, and living room stocked with games, ample kitchen supplies, and a smart tv. Both bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a full bathroom en-suite. Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. Washer/dryer in unit. Beach chairs, beach towels, linens and towels provided!

We enjoyed the lovely decor and the location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. We hope to come back in the future!

The home was beautifully decorated, and the hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had. Steps from everything Kennebunk and Kennebunkport has to offer. Will definitely be back!

We planned a 4th of July girls trip to Kennebunkport and could not have selected a better lodging option for our group of 6! The location couldn't be beat - incredibly walkable to everything - restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. We really appreciated the beach/town parking passes! Comfortable beds with charming decor. Paige the property manager was incredibly friendly, responsive and even allowed us to check in early. We can't wait to come back.
