"The bar outside still closed from last years stay as it was this past weekend :( There was no hair blower in our room 109 but there was one in my sons room, 310. The breakfast area was nice and coffee too. Friendly reception and good welcoming from the desk employees. The place needs more parking area for people coming back from a later diner time around 8:30 pm."

"Our family was headed to OOB, but since the hotels there are dated and overpriced, we chose to stay in Portland, about 20 minutes north. Great decision. The hotel is renovated, clean, well kept, and offers better value than most OOB options. Breakfast is basic but convenient and helps save money for a family. Downsides: the mattresses were very soft, and the hotel is very close to the airport, so you do hear some planes, though it wasn’t too bothersome. No pool, but that seems common in the area. Overall, a very good option for visiting OOB without paying beachfront prices. * * * * Notre destination était OOB, mais comme les hôtels du secteur sont vieillots et trop chers, nous avons choisi Portland, à environ 20 minutes au nord. Excellente décision. L’hôtel est rénové, propre, bien entretenu et offre un meilleur rapport qualité-prix que plusieurs options à OOB. Le déjeuner inclus est simple, mais pratique et économique pour une famille. Points faibles : les matelas étaient très mous, et l’hôtel est tout près de l’aéroport, donc on entend un peu les avions, sans que ce soit très dérangeant. Il n’y a pas de piscine, mais cela semble courant dans le secteur. Bref, un très bon choix pour visiter OOB sans payer les prix du bord de mer."

"Went on a Friday- Sunday Staff was great rooms are clean lots of young loud teens hanging out all hours of the night out in the parking lots little tricky with toddlers or any one trying to take a night walk one would think being so far from the attractions it would be the complete opposite but overall great experience on the staff’s behalf!"
