"Nothing stands out. All good, no office person needs to call. But she let me check in early. Quite, which was good. Thought I was booking a big bed but I got a very small room with single bed. Just fans no air ac. On website didn’t say if you book for one, you booked for a very small room with single bed. Only cleaning lady here. Hums, she was sort of ok. Ok for one night."

These hosts didn't just have good ideas, the ideas were also well carried out.Very clean, the communication was practical & accurate, and the fencing, dog bowls and leash free option felt like your pet really was welcome. All in all, no things you needed to stress about and plenty of reasons to just relax and listen to the birds and bush."

"Montville was an adventure. If one has a mobility limitation, getting around on the steep main street can be quite challenging. This was also true of the Altitude on Montville, which is built on a steep slope. The room that is equipped for disabled access is beautiful. We'd have been very happy there, but it wasn't practical to use it because a power surge during a recent storm had killed the small lift that was needed to access the room. We were given an alternate room that worked very well for us, and we are grateful that the property manager was so anxious to ensure that we were accommodated. If you need to book the Accessible Room, phone the property to confirm that the lift is in working order. There is another work-around available, but it would be a spot of bother to use it and quite impractical for a solo traveler."
