"Perfect cabin close to Homer and our fishing trip very affordable."

"We were very disappointed, as it did not match the pictures. Property was unkempt and overgrown with weeds. The outhouse had cobwebs and was not very clean. The cottage was a bit rundown, and poorly supplied. There were no paper towels or tissues, and only 2 little kitchen towels and 1 washcloth, so it was difficult to maintain any decent hygiene, or even wash the dishes. If you are considering this place, bring towels and all your own supplies. "

"Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Private, clean and close to town. The best part of staying here was watching the mother moose and her 2 babies from the hot tub.The owners are very friendly and helpful if you need anything.Wonderful place."

"This host was a dream to work with. So communicative, quick to respond, and kind. With that said, the property is a little rougher around the edges than I expected. It’s a historic home, which I wasn’t prepared for. Amenities were fine, but the WiFi was terrible. I couldn’t hold a single zoom call. Also just outside the tub is some water damage that could use some attention. The property location is not as super convenient as I had thought from the ad. You will need a car to get around. "This was the perfect place to spend the night before hitting the mountain for a little skiing. It was super quiet and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub looked very nice, although we didn’t have the time to use it. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay."
