bad experience
reception staff were very bad, uncooperative, only one can speak English so communication with them was very bad, food is not good, hotel is very far but there is bus for transportation but no one guide us to use it.

Awesome Getaway Hotel But Far From Town
Very nicely designed hotel with tons of amenities. One doesn't need to leave the hotel, but if you want to, and we did, it is far from the town. However, no worries, a small bus arrives every 10-15 minutes to take you to town. It is a very popular and busy hotel, so to get room service to clean daily was a bit tough. Food and drinks are free almost 24/7. No wi-fi in the rooms, only in the lobby. Very friendly staff all over the hotel!

Värsta hotellet i Turkiet!
Sämsta hotellet jag varit på någonsin! 1. Det tog 40 min att checka in då de påstod att det var strul med betalning trots att jag visade mailet från hotels.com att bokningen var bekräftad och betald! 2. AC:n i hela hotellet förutom i rummen var under all kritik. 40 minuters-incheckningen lämnade oss helt blöta av svett! 3. Stora hål runt poolen då det saknades delar av forsrännan. 4. Hälften av alla solbäddar saknade madrass. 5. Dålig lukt runt poolområdet. 6. Städning av rummen även det under all kritik. Första dagen fick vi inget toapapper eller handdukar! Lakan byttes inte under 4 dagar vi var där! 7. Hotellets gäster hemska de med!! Ingen respekt för kösystem etc! Åk inte dit!!!

hotel magnifique tres beau design ne vous fiez pas au photos d'internet l'hotel n'est pas grand service nul personne ne vous sert les serveurs ne vous calcule pas la restauration meme pas 0 aucune note a donner c''etais horrible le spa et bien aucune animation pendan tous le sejour sauf le soir du nouvel an et encore a 1h on a été dormir on s'est ennuyer sinon l'environnement pas mal mai il fau marcher pour aller a la mer et ca c'est nul si vous voulez un conseil ny aller pas ya plein d'autre hotel autour
