  • Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Kelseyville house retreat directly on the water. The space features two king beds and one queen bed, offering plenty of room for guests to relax. There is a private boat launch and slips readily available for you to use during your stay. We have plenty of extra parking for cars and trucks with boat trailers. With three bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower, mornings are easy and convenient. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or enjoying some quiet time, this tranquil setting invites you to recharge. It’s a marvelous spot for a getaway that feels both cozy and spacious. We rented The Boat House with friends so we could attend a family wedding reception and still have the comforts of home. This was an excellent property with a beautiful view of the lake and all the amenities one could ask for! It was also nice and quiet and very clean. I also want to add that the decor throughout the house was captivating. Once you see it, you fully understand why it's called The Boat House. There is a really nice beach area to the right of the doc so if you ever book this property, be sure to bring your bathing suit! There are also paddle boats and I believe kayaks.If you love games (as we do), there are loads of games in a cabinet, a ping pong table and a PacMan game! There are three bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom. A big plus in my book. Plus the bathrooms are really nice and the beds were comfortable.Our host was easy to contact, answered all my questions quickly, was friendly and eager to help at all times. Check-in was quite easy. We were greeted by a man named John and later by the property manager, Matt. They were so helpful and always eager to offer help with anything we may need. We really enjoyed chatting with both of them.The four of us in our party have already agreed that next time we travel to the Clearlake area (Lake County) we will book this property over and over. I highly recommend this property. Thank you Bryan, Matt and John for making our stay so great! We're looking forward to our next stay!!
