Konocti, explore the largest natural lake by kayak or boat, or enjoy a beautiful day of wine tasting at our local wineries! No pets please.

You will get stunning views of the Lake, mountains & night lights from Living room, master bed room and large deck.

We have all new cozy and comfy furniture through out the house. Brand new kitchen appliances. New central AC/ heating. Garage converted to game room that has full size Pool table, Ping-Pong, mini golf and 70 inch TV. Lot of fun for kids & adults.

* Large living room with lots of windows, you will feel surrounded by the lake. We have 2 beautiful new sofa sets great for family and friends get together. A 70 inch TV.

* Romantic Master bedroom on the 2nd floor with beautiful view. Master has a new classy King bed with a private deck and a large bath with tub. (Sleeps 2)

* On 2nd floor we have Bedroom #2 with beautiful new queen bed (Sleeps 2) and Bedroom #3 with two new comfy cozy Queen beds (Sleeps 4).

* On 1st floor the Living room has 2 sofa beds (sleeps 4).

* Formal dining with new furnitures.

* Private Office room with adjustable table and monitor.

* White island kitchen with an extraordinary view of the lake. Kitchen is loaded with all essentials - spices, oil, sugar, coffee supplies etc. Plenty of appliances like air fryer, Keurig coffee with complementary coffee pods, kettle, rice cooker, toaster, two ovens. This is your dream kitchen which you enjoy with friends n family.

* Game Room - We have converted our garage into game room with Ping pong and a 70 inch TV just for you to enjoy. Bring your own gaming device and get the excitement going!

* We have a large drive way for 3-4 car parking. Park your boats at the curb.

3. BBQ: If you used the BBQ, please lightly clean any leftover food. My cleaner will handle the deep cleaning. 4. Return all game items to their designated spots for the next guest to enjoy.
5. Place all used towels on top of the washer. No need to remove bed sheets or pillow covers. 6.Leave the key in the lockbox & send me a quick note on the Airbnb platform to confirm your check-out.

Relaxing time w a great view

The home was so lovely, everything was up to date and easy to use. So much space for our small group with lots of activities we didn’t even want to leave the house to explore the lake. Nice and quiet and the morning view was the best.

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful Kelseyville location. The air conditioning really is a saving grace, and the evenings on the deck were beautiful. Nice roomy bedrooms with plenty of bathroom. I would highly recommend this for a group weekend.

Great views, Spacious property

The house was spacious and had lovely views of the lake. Lots of space for our family to spread around the house, and the kitchen was equipped with all supplies needed to cook meals. We chose to cook and relax at the house which had comfy sectional sofas. Everyone enjoyed their stay!

Amazing stay

This house was exactly what my friend and I were looking for - a quiet, relaxing, beautiful space away from it all! The house was stocked with everything we needed, lots of space, and best of all - the chance to enjoy the view of the lake! The lake had us enjoying cooking, reading, sipping wine on the balcony, eating diner at sunset - we were happy spending most of our time in the house! If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to escape, this is it! The host was very friendly, thorough, and helpful! We look forward to staying here again!

Relaxing Getaway with Friends

My friends and I don't get together very often anymore due to getting older and life getting busier, but we managed to find this amazing home, which allowed us to get out of Sacramento and have some re-bonding time in Kelseyville! We played games, had some wine, and enjoyed the incredible view of Clearlake. Would definitely come back again! Thanks for providing such a great house!

Awesome lake views

Great location for your base, very clean, quiet area, pool table, bbq, 2 large 70 inch tvs and great sunrise views. We were able to visit every area in Lake County from this VRBO in a reasonable timeframe. The owner was helpful with suggestions for sightseeing, eating and boat rental. We saw deer every evening at the neighboring property. We visited several wineries and they were friendly with decent wines.

Lakeview Home in Kelsey

The house was incredibly spacious for my family and me. Annie's home was fully stocked with supplies and linens, providing a very clean and welcoming environment. My parents came in from Seattle and stayed in a bedroom with a single bed, which they found uncomfortable and suggested needed to be replaced. They also noted the lack of no closet space in that room, and some of the doors in the house were locked with no access. However, the view was stunning, even though it wasn't directly on the water.

Perfect for our 4th of July stay

We were looking for some very specific criteria for our stay and the house was perfect. A place that could comfortably fit four families with kids, close access to the lake, enough parking for everyone including a boat and trailer, and potentially a spot we could view fireworks from the deck. The house met all our criteria. It was big enough to comfortably fit four families with plenty of off street parking for four cars, including our boat and trailer. There are amazing views of the lake from the back deck, which we were also able to enjoy 4th of July fireworks from. The front yard includes a pleasant fenced in yard with some grass space which was great for the kids. About 5 minutes away there is also a fun bar and gill on the water with outdoor lake view seating and boat dock parking for customers. The house was clean, spacious, and the game room was great for the kids. I would also mention that there was an excessive heat wave, 113 degrees, while we were up there and the A/C had no problems keeping the entire house cool and very comfortable. A great find for our 4th of July gathering with friends and family.

Amazing property with majestic view

We’ve had a wonderful stay at Lake View House. It is absolutely beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you may need. The owner, Annie, is very helpful and offers suggestions on local activities. The view from the balcony and almost all windows is spectacular and breathtaking! We truly enjoyed our stay there and we are planning to come back!!!

Loved the house. Beds and furniture were nice, cozy, and comfortable. House was very clean. Loved the fruit trees. Great for bird watching! Plenty of room for a small family get together (we had 11 people, a couple were local and came for a family dinner). Would love to stay again in the future.
