- This one of a kind property is situated in the heart of Downtown Kelowna overlooking Lake Okanagan, City Park and Marina. It is located across from Kelowna's iconic sails sculpture downtown where all restaurants, marinas, boardwalk and beaches are right outside your door.
The brand new and completely renovated apartment is ultra modern and tastefully designed with comfort in mind. Sip wine from the comfortable lake view patio or people watch from inside on the custom made window bench.
From May 17 to September 2, the street that this apartment is located on will be exclusively pedestrian traffic only with a six meter walkway to Kelowna's best restaurants, patios, and shops. (Don't worry, access to your secure underground parking is still available.) The location just can't be beat!
