  • Discovery Bay is one of Kelowna’s luxury first-class resorts located in the heart of Downtown. Upon entering, you will be greeted by spectacular views of Okanagan Lake and the many amazing amenities available. This pristine top-floor penthouse unit features soaring vaulted ceilings offering tons of natural light. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening Okanagan wine on the spacious deck with propane BBQ and endless lake views.

    The space
    Discovery Bay Resort has it all with miles of waterfront walkways, two swimming pools, two hot tubs, clubhouse and fitness facility all within the exciting downtown waterfront location in the cultural district next to shopping, dining, beaches, casino and more!

    Additional features include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, secured underground parking stall, 6 seater patio set and in-suite laundry. The Loft was recently renovated with new vinyl flooring and high-end carpet throughout.

    Guest access
    Guests are able to access the Loft via remote entry. A code will be provided to get into both the building and the unit.
