The 1-bedroom + den layout comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a Double-over-Double bunk bed in the den, and a Queen pullout couch in the living area.
Unwind on the balcony or explore everything Aqua and the Lower Mission have to offer. Note: Nearby construction takes place Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM.

- If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.

- If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged a minimum of $200.
- All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.
