"My welcome was fantastic! Great communication ahead of my stay and on the day of my arrival, excellent directions and advise on parking. I parked on the street within 200 feet from the entrance, easy walk. My room was on the 3rd floor - i liked going up the stairs, liked the eclectic decor of the lobby, colors of the stairs, the bannisters. The hotel is spotless, my room was sparkling clean, bedding, pillows - so luxuriously comfortable - very good quality linens. The coffee/tea/refrigerator are community-style - served on each floor kitchen station with nice selection of teas and coffee. Hotel is very quiet, feels private and secure. Within walking distance from multiple amazing restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again!!! my only tiny comment is that it was a bit on cold side of comfortable (i do like my room warm, but it's just a personal preference). Again - i was looking for a differen sort of hotel - not a chain and The Painted Lady DEFINITELY fit the brief! Would recommend!"

"This is one of the best units in the downtown area that isn't inside of an apartment complex. There was plenty of privacy, and parking was a breeze.There were no major noise issues, and Adam was an excellent host, communicating from booking to check-out. "
