"Property is in such an excellent location right in the heart of the Main Street in Haworth. It is lovely inside and incredibly well equipped, and the owner Michael is so accommodating and welcoming. The property is upstairs above the shop, but it is very quiet and we heard no noise from downstairs. The car park is behind the shop, and there is a cobbled hill to walk up to get to the property. If it’s wet, this can be slippy but it’s a very short walk to go around the front to Main Street...

"We were the only ones staying. Bedrooms were basic. Shower so small & shampoo/conditioner were outside shower and could not access. Kettle could not be filled at sink due to size. Menu advertised for breakfast was not what was given. I ordered a continental breakfast to be served cereal & toast. Menu said croissant, fresh fruit, yogurt & granola. Very disappointing. Wait staff had no clue on how to do their job nor any knowledge of the menu. The building itself was lovely and location wonderful."

"This hotel is lovely. There are special little touches everywhere, and our room was very nicely decorated. Breakfast (we asked for vegan and were very well looked after) was delicious and so nicely presented. There is actually nothing negative I can say about this hotel. You will not regret booking here."

Charming Modernized 16Th Century Farm House with stunning garden & views

"It's a lovely property with real charm and character. We had some initial glitches with some housekeeping issues but that was sorted quite quickly. Communication was quick and positive from the owner with lots of flexibility which was great. The views are nice but the trees and hedges have now grown quite a bit so they aren't as good as in the photos and the pond is no longer in use and just full of grass cuttings, which isn't particularly picturesque. Some outdoor cushions of the setting would have been a nice addition. Otherwise and very comfortable and functional home. Cooking and washing were easy and there are plenty of supplies of everything as it is a family home."

"Beautiful Property, very comfortable super clean comfortable beds, pics don't do it justice , with excellent, modern clean, high standards, Cooking on Gas hehe, all utensils you could wish for, milk in fridge and cookies too (cudnt find salt &pepper)Guests, Use the coasters & Bring bath epsom salts with you as the stunning feature free-standing roll-top-bath becomes a spa experience as opposed to just having a bath, Excellent.Could not fault it, Quick Wellness Eco-Friendly Tips for owners Space,Not personal. general everyday hidden toxic chemicals. Bisphenol & Diethl Phalates1) BEDDING: Swap BPA nylon sheets for 100% cotton to ensure chemical-free peacefully sleep."2) TOWELS: Beautifully clean, with overwhelming synthetic scent, Just skip fabric softener **3) MACHINE NOISE: Consider moving the washing machine downstairs to the porch***[*1) to avoid 8 hrs of cocooned hormone disruption from bisphenol (BPA) toxins This eliminate night sweats & waking up2) **fabric 'conditioners' diethyl phthalates (DEP) synthetic fragrances a mojor male hormone disruptor, literally glues the toxins into the fabric so it gets stronger with every wash and cores the whole body whilst drying yourself.3)***The spin vibration shakes the flat like an aircraft takeoff, rattled & runbles dishes, glasses fixtures etc very loud for both guests and neighbours (on a 2hr wash plus wash cycle]"

"Booked for two nights b & b. No one around initially at our arrival but very quickly let in by someone and our room key with instructions for finding our room were provided Room on 2nd floor and was beautiful. Big en suite, everything you could need. Comfortable bed, generous drink making facilities in room. Couldn’t connect to wifi on 2nd floor. Could as we went lower down in the building. En suite toilet was saniflo system so quite loud briefly when flushed. Breakfast fabulous quality, dining room beautiful in keeping with age of building and dining room was transformed on the night to the Slow kitchen bistro which we ate at one night and was excellent."

"This is a lovely pet friendly house just 20mins walk from Haworth.We really enjoyed our stay Carina's place is very cosy. There's room for 2 cars off the main road. We found a lovely pet friendly café called Wilds round the corner and there's a lovely park across the road which our dogs loved. It's a lovely walk into Haworth. I also recommend the Brontë waterfalls. "

"Nice cosy retreat for 2 + little furry friend. Compact, but we knew it would be, and extremely well designed. Lots of lovely extras to add to the welcome and it was very clean, well set out, parking provided for nearby. No garden (again, we knew this) but lovely views out of the windows and walks from doorstep instantly available. Lovely main fire (not really needed as it happens) and good shower. Open stairs not an issue for man nor beast! Manageable, practicable and comfortable. Perfect small place in lovely Haworth for 2 (+!)"
