We are a family owned business with experience in tourism and hospitality. We started operating in 1976 with Oskars Restaurant and later Oskars Studios & Apartments in Lassi Kefalonia.

Built and completed at Svoronata Kefalonia in 2019, Casa De Rosa consists of 10 superior studios, 2 apartments and, 1 one-bedroom mini villa. All spacious, airy and fully equipped. Set amidst a 5 acres olive grove surrounded by peaceful landscape, they feature a swimming pool with a non-chemical eco cleaning system.

Within 200 meters there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and car & motorbike rentals. Avithos, Ammes, Agia Pelagia, Spasmata, Megali Ammos and Eglina beaches are within easy reach by foot or by car, while the nearest well-known fully organized beach of Ai Helis is only 500 meters away.

We had a very enjoyable holiday in Kefalonia. The apartment was sold to us by Virbo as a one bedroom apartment but by the owners it was marketed as a superior studio which was more accurate

Quiet, clean and modern.

The studio was well equipped, super clean with everything working well, including wifi. The owner was very responsive and a maid changed the linen and towels midweek and bins daily. The location is quiet with no neighbouring properties but within easy walking distance of a lovely coffee/brunch place, a few nice restaurants, a small supermarket and there are two beaches about 15/20mins walk away on very quiet roads.

Perfect Holiday Property

We were welcomed by Konstantinos who showed us around and explained everything, we loved the apartment and pool. The room was very clean and modern. It was better than the photos on line. It is in the perfect location for peace and quiet apart from the planes taking off and landing but we enjoyed watching them from our balcony and you really didn't notice them after a while, and they don't fly all night! Maria the cleaner is lovely and very helpful. We were there for a month and needed some washing done and Maria washed a load, ironed and folded for 10euros, a bargain! We wouldn't think twice about going back.
