The bistro staff were extremely busy & had a hard time keeping up with the influx of customers over a very busy graduation weekend for Keene State College. A bit disorganized & one of the ladies manning the bistro desk was a bit argumentative with customers which was not necessary

Showhead was too close to the wall making it awkward to shower. The bed I had was worn out, it was very uncomfortable. No free coffee in lobby or breakfast? Next time I will stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

Housekeeping! We stayed for 3 nights, 4 days. No one stopped in to pick up trash once. I left a bag outside our room. It was still there 24 hours later, so I had to schlep it to a garbage bin. No clear towels delivered until I asked for them. No collection of used towels. They were piled up in room when we left. COVID protocols are over! Unless we’re going to change prices on rooms, a consumer deserves housekeeping each day. Also, many rooms are used for residences for locals needing assistance.

Great, Convenient Hotel in Downtown
Great hotel within walking distance of Main St/Downtown. Easy access to the theater and many restaurants.Even though it was so close to the main drag it was very quiet. Will go back!

Nice building, and easy parking nearby. The staff was also very able to help me change my room from the first floor to an upper floor as I was traveling as a single woman. They were very understanding. And I was able to get DoorDash.

The room was a bit dirty, inside closet was very dusty and there was a big stain on the ottoman which made us feel like the whole couch was dirty. After our first night we returned to our room around 4pm only to find that our room wasn't cleaned. We contacted the desk and they told us that if you only stay for 2 nights there is no maid service. They also didnt provide water bottles in the room but they did sell them for $3 a piece downstairs. The tiny bar downstairs doesnt open till 5pm. Parking was limited and we had to park quite a distance from the hotel which normally wouldn't be that big of a deal but when its 7 degrees outside it was rouch. Custmer service was little to be desired as basically there wasn't any. I dont usually complain about hotels but its the little things that matter when you treat yourselves to a get away.

It was a great experience! Breakfast was amazing! The best Breakfast burrito I've ever tasted. The only complaint I have is the bed was too high for me to safely get into it, so i used the sofa bed. I had messed up my knee and couldn't climb to get into the bed. But otherwise my stay was amazing!
