We always felt safe thanks to the visible security present at the entrance, and the entire staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout our trip. While the rooms are a bit old—evident in details like the worn flooring and a locked-down TV that doesn't allow streaming or screen sharing—the overall experience, top-tier service, and convenience make it a wonderful place to stay!"
