"This hotel becomes part of your memories as you travel; it elevates your stay and makes you feel like a million bucks. It is a pleasure to walk around the hotel surrounded by noble woods and polished marble floors. Very beautiful and inspiring. The only complaint we have is that there were a couple of "details" that had been overlook with the room's maintenance: a chair lining was hanging loose, there was a very ugly stain (not sure the origin, I hope it wasn't organic) on one of the beautiful sofas, and the wall paper in the bathroom was placed sloppily where the counter meets the wall. These are unacceptable in a 5 star hotel."
