Very friendly and helpful staff, super hot water that didn't run out, warm and best of all VERY QUIET. The only observation I would add that is not really a criticism is that they would specify what "breakfast" entails. It was a lot of highly processed foods that are considered inedible by those who only eat real food.

Kern was very polite and helpful in checking me in. The room was perfect. I was in bed by 7:30 and slept soundly until 5:30. (Previous night with hubby at the hospital.) Breakfast was great. If I need to stay in Kearney again, I will go there.
