I went to register and the clerk was pleasant. My sister and I needed a pet friendly room. We put our belongings in the room and then went out to dinner. We came back to the room and started noticing crusty stuff on the carpet. We did not take our shoes off except when in our beds. I started looking around the room i noticed poop on one of the walls. When my sister picked up her purse off the table in the room it was stuck there. The room had a horrible smell. We were so glad to get up early and leave the next day.

First night we were given an extremely dirty room with a broken tv. We think it had been a long term rental that hadn’t been cleaned afterwards. The next day we asked for a better room and got it, so next two nights were decent enough.

Room was not clean, it was hard to find staff when needed. There were no clean towels available when needed. 3 very flat pillows for our king bed

By the door we entered there was litter including a small liquor bottle. Inside the stairway carpet was filthy. In the room a curtain hook was missing so it hung loose. The upholstered chair was absolutely filthy. The bathtub didn’t drain well so 3 inches of water while showering. Cups wrapped in plastic by the ice bucket were wet when opened. Entry ways had litter.At breakfast the chairs were still on the tables. The spigot for orange juice was water and the gravy was all watered down. Needless to say this is not somewhere we will return.

This hotel used to be a good place to stay. After the name change, the quality went downhill. My room was okay, the front sink was dirty and it needed a vacuum. The bed was clean and comfortable so that was a plus. This place is an okay stay for one night.

We reserved two rooms. Both of them were dirty. One room had empty water jugs from the previous tenant. The other room had black mold in the bathtub, obviously had not been cleaned.
