"We had a tight turn around in Athens and the hotel was great at arranging shuttles to and from the airport to fit our schedule. We were only in the room for about 6 hours, but everything was in order, Staff at the hotel and the shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful."

"Front desk staff and bellhops were very helpful. This is our second time staying at this sofitel hotel. We stayed the night before our flight, hotel is directly across from airport and very easy to navigate hotel to airport. Staff from hotel loaded our luggage on a cart from our room (even though it was 3am) and pushed luggage cart to road, encouraged us to take cart into airport and leave it there after we checked in our luggage. We were impressed at this exceptional service-especially in the middle of the night! We will definitely stay here again when in Athens."

"The room was not presented as pictured. The picture of that room shows 2 couches. There was just one couch and a cot with no sheets. The one couch was very uncomfortable. The pillows left for the cot were stained and had no pillowcases. It was raining, and brown water leaked through the windows. Ceiling had old fluorescent lighting with several bulbs burned out. Elevator door did not open on the last day, and there were bags of concrete sitting on the stairs blocking them."
