"Оформили ранний заезд, заселились без проблем в районе 6 утра, бронировали два одноместных номера.
В моем номере не работал телевизор, до конца продувания его так и не включили.
По выезду попросили повторно оплатить проживание, хотя все было оплачено по заезде. Хорошо, что у меня был чек, подтверждающий оплату..
Из за таких нюансов впечатление подпорчено, но в целом - нормально ."

"A comfortable enough stay for those not spending a lot of time in the hotel and don’t have special needs. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms are a good size with a modern bathroom.
Two issues that unfortunately will mean I would not book again - the wifi will not hold up for business calls and the vegetarian options are very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Almaty. If neither is important to you than this is a decent hotel pick! "
