Great Spa / delicious breakfast / lovely location near the sea/castle and on top of all brilliant service: My son became a bit ill during the recent stay and how they were willing to help in this situation was magnificent. Also the wishes regarding room in forehand were completed again just like we wanted. "

"Staff was great. Castle view I paid for, didn’t see the castle behind the shrubbery. No AC which we expected but also no ventilation. Couldn’t open window on ground floor for safety reasons so ended up with a downgraded room on 2nd floor so we could open door for air. Spa and

"Hotel needs some pizazz. Getting old and tired. Same decor for many years now. Poor outdoor lighting and on-site parking almost impossible . Staff very friendly and kitchen staff especially so. Highlights are breakfast is bountiful. Ventilation is open swim area should be approved and someone needs to monitor

seating to stop guests from leaving towels but never lay or sit not allowing other guests to secure seating "
