Comfy cottage in beautiful mountain ash bushland, only a short walk to Katoomba
Silvergum is a Comfy fully renovated house set in a charming mountain ash bushland reserve. It is surrounded by huge gums trees and mature tree ferns yet is only a 10 min walk to town centre. The location is whisper quiet with only one neighbour (you are not wedged in between other peoples houses)
The house includes a fully equipped Kitchen including dishwasher and gas cooktop, oven, espresso coffee machine, microwave, 3 Bathrooms, 2 Bedrooms, Laundry with washing machine and dryer, new reverse cycle heating, wood fireplace. gas BBQ, Landscaped outdoor areas, Blue Ray/DVD player, 50inch sony flatscreen TV, wifi included.
There are no shared amenities as the whole house is yours.

Keys
The key is stored on site in an external key combination lock box adjacent the sliding door. Once you have booked i will send over the access code to allow you to enter the house.

The house has 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed. Linen and towels are provided for these beds. A spare unmade sofa bed is also provided.
