Nice hotel clean spacious rooms. Good location easy to walk to many things. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast - lots of choices. The only downside was the noise as there is live music nearby every night until 11-12 pm and construction noise starting early at 7am.

Amazing, very happy.
Was a very nice hotel we're glad we stayed there we were only there one night but we enjoyed their pool have a good gym a sauna and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was amazing it had a very good choice. Location is perfect it is near to all of the other restaurants and all of the local sites like the harbour and the shopping centre and all the other beaches.

The team at the hotel were lovely and the service great. The buffet breakfast and dinner were great and Harleys bar was also great.

Terrible stay in a nutshell!!! Cleanliness: The room looked pretty clean on the surface, but our eyes caught a bed bug on our next night and it was absolutely horrible, we became paranoid because the infestation of bedbugs and the fact that it can be carried with you in your clothes just ruined our whole vacation. We barely slept that night sitting on the chairs after paying for an apartment! Security & safety: Horrific. The hotel is accessible by anyone and everyone. No security and the parking exit door was wide open and its right at an ally. You can only imagine who walks through this ally at night and can simply walk in through the exit door and wander the rooms hallways! After midnight, there was a woman crying for help in that ally and a guy cursing at her, both yelling! Just horrifying and on top of that the balcony door doesn’t lock!!! Food: we only tried breakfast the first night and skipped it the second. It was so poor and everything tasted so artificial. Staff: only the cleaning lady is nice. The receptionists can’t even pretend to be welcoming (except for on brunette receptionist who felt genuinely bad when we informed her about our experience, but that was the extent of it). We simply couldn’t wait to get out of that place!! Would not recommend to ladies traveling alone especially if it’s a small group, nor would i recommend it to youth as the majority of the guests are 50 and the pool and facilities are just so poor to nonexistent.

For the price paid, this is an excellent hotel. The rooms weee basic but equipped with everything you need in an apart-hotel. It has 2 nice pools with sun loungers. Our room had a view of the pool and sea on the 3rd floor. Check in was smooth. You have little balcony’s with your room which is nice too with deck chairs table and parasol if it’s not covered. Breakfast was excellent considering it was also free with fresh cheese, meats, salad, fruit, yhogurt, bread, pastries and hot options like bacon egg sausage beans potatoes etc. and the juice was not watered down which I’ve found in many hotels which are higher rating than this! The location is excellent too; for every area of Pafos inc the bus stations. Also a bus directly outside to coral bay which is nice, but I would recommend a visit to the tombs and Venus beach which is a short walk from the hotel. There is a gym / sauna / hot tub but didn’t use these as we were so busy. Beds were comfy enough too, and the aircon works a treat which is nice. Some of the walls / doors could do with a little re paint, and the noise between rooms can be heard such as loud sneezing, but even with these two very minor issues ( as we had quiet neighbours ) I would absolutely recommend staying here for your pafos break.

When I booked the hotel is was marked as having a laundry so therefore I only took enough clothes for about 4 days. Then I was told there was no laundry. Had to find one myself.

Lovely Hotel,staff very friendly, Great location
Lovely Hotel, Very friendly staff, It was so clean, and the room very comfortable , with amazing breakfast every morning , with loads of fruit , cereal , hot food . The location of the hotel is closed to all amenities, shops,cafes, beach , Archeology sites and there is a bus outside door to take you to Paphos Centre.

Very friendly staff especially Sveltana who went out of her way to help and assist in the best possible way. Otherwise the manager wasnt super responsive although i asked to reserve a taxi for the pickup from airport she did not reply

Very nice and clean property which was a standard studio. Daily housekeeping with towel changes everyday was good. Breakfast time staff named Marina and Simon were brilliant. They used to make us feel at home. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

My room was very small, bathroom excellent. There was a door adjacent to next door in the room indicating 2 families could be next door to each other, this was very bad as regards NOISE POLLUTION! You could hear everything! Day and night.. Will i stay here again? NO............. The breakfast buffet was okay. Drinks, cereals, fruit and bread.The meal itself was tasteless and just bland..

Well situated hotel
Despite requesting poolside balcony 2nd floor. We were allocated a roadside room. The noise of the traffic and karaoke from next door bar was loud and difficult to sleep through. Having said that the reception did give us an opportunity to change rooms when a room became available. We declined this and put up with the noise. The evening buffet and choice of breakfast was very good. The bed on the studio suite was very large and comfortable. Finally the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was great with 5 minute walk to the sea at Lighthouse Beach and access to the coastal path. Further to that 20 minutes walk into Kato Paphos and similarly the same amount of time to get to the upper part of town. The hotel was very clean with attentive staff. Breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of tasty things to eat.The hotel does get a wide range of nationalities staying so one does have to be prepared for some cultural differences whether you like them or not. Also at the hotel is a very cool bar which is very reasonably priced. My only concern was the proximity to the road with road noise having the potential to disturb (ear plugs were the way forward for my wife, whilst it seems that I can sleep through it), so choose your room at the rear of the hotel. All in all, very happy to recommend this hotel and I would like to stay at it again or certainly in that area.

Very clean and in a good location to beach and restaurants. Our room was along the main road so very noisy at night with traffic and loud music from local bars. Apart from this it was a pleasant stay.

This property is so central to all that is on offer in Paphos and on a good bus route to see surrounding areas. Modern, 2 pools and an onsite restaurant and bar. On a busy road but good soundproofing

Very disappointing . Go elsewhere
Very load and noisy during the night makes it hard to sleep Two Kareoke bars across the road and adjacent to hotel playing load music until early morning every night. Reception staff we spoke to was unhelpful and uncaring Woken in the mornings at 6.30 am by noisy pool cleaning staff shouting at each other Room not cleaned properly. Toilet in room needs maintenance. Even though two seperate pools, children's and adult, young unsupervised children were in adult pool , very noisy and splashing adults. Not relaxing at all. Sign regarding pool etiquette for Adult Pool use would be helpful.
