"Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which After our 7 days visit in truth is was pretty decent. The staff was always on hand to open the shop even at 4am. Very friendly and polite. It was not to busy. I have to be honest the biggest thing to be of help was the taxi driver Alexander always available to help and to pick u up just a call away. I don't understand why the hotel gets such bad reviews the staff and people were friendly, the food was brilliant, enjoy it for what it is and u will honestly love it. The cleaners were super friendly and lots of cats about :) Also if u go and use Alexandra don't forget to ask about his cute white dog :) "

The room and hotel design is modern and high-end! The amazing staff—Eliona, Marius, George, and everyone else—made our experience nothing less than perfect! They were attentive to every need and request, greeted us with a smile from the very first moment, and constantly made sure we were as happy and comfortable as possible. The food is excellent with plenty of variety and choice. The pool is large, well maintained, and the water temperature is just perfect! We told them we were celebrating my birthday and an engagement party, and they didn’t stop spoiling us and making us feel special! We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to everyone ❤️❤️❤️🙏"
