"A beautiful place. It was clean and quiet with an excellent pool. Rooms were well equipped and very well maintained. Staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful.
It is a 40 walk from Skala but there is an excellent and cheap hotel shuttle and the walk itself was lovely."
"We had an excellent week in room with double bed. Area is quiet and it was possible sleep window open. Balcony was big enough and all was clean. Only minus is small space for shower.

"We well enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kourkoumelata. The owner greeted us as we arrived and helped us arrange a rental car. The room was tidy and aircon was on when we arrived making the room nice and cool (it was very hot outside). Staff were very friendly. The owner went above and beyond organising for our laundry to be cleaned and even giving us an impromptu driving lesson. For a two star accomodation I was very happy with our stay and experience. "

"There is special attention to detail at this property. Maria was kind and helpful with any request we asked. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. This was our first time to Kefalonia and this stay made it memorable. "
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the beautiful island of Kefalonia. The villa was excellent, clean, spacious and well equipped. Private drive way and parking for a hire car which we had. The villa is located a short walk to the small beach front of Keteilios with bars and restaurants. Ten minute drive to the busier town of Skala. "
"Its a nice property in a quaint village. Had 2 water outages which resulted in marginal water quality. Was told the water pump needed to be replaced. Don't know if this has occured.The TV/stereo was worthless. Nothing worked. Get new stuff that works.The range top hood wasn't even wired to power and had no exhaust duct attached.The linens had so much soap scent to them it was kinda uncomfortable.We contacted the rental agency and got lots of apologies but nothing was ever resolved. We were there for 6 days.If they would get the above issues resolved this would be a very nice place to stay.We loved Kefalonia and this area. Fix your problems owners....."
