From our amazing tour guide and driver who went above and beyond with our kids, to the thoughtful golf cart drivers who created little magical moments for them, everyone made us feel at home and well cared for. The rooms were beautiful and private, the pools and hot springs were dreamy, and the dining options were delicious. We loved how family-friendly it was while still feeling like a romantic and relaxing getaway. "The property is absolutely beautiful. The staff is amazing - especially at the restaurant. The rooms are very nice, amazing outdoor shower, our only complaint would be that the bed was not very comfortable. Overall it was a great choice and would definitely recommend it. "

"All of the staff was welcoming and willing to offer assistance at all times. There was always staff eager to point out the sloths and monkeys in the trees. They always remembered our names and what we were doing the day before and would follow up to find out how our day went. The standouts for our trip were Anthony (front desk) as well as Carlos and Christopher (our servers at breakfast). We were enjoying a soak in one of the hot springs and a sloth with a baby came down from the tree next to us about 15 feet away. It was the most incredible experience. The food was expensive, but there was the option to go into town and enjoy local restaurants, which we did a few times. It was nice to walk around downtown, even safe at night. The private plunge pool was an amazing experience, especially when it rained, which was everyday. I would love to come back again, worth every penny. Thanks to the staff, it truly was a pura vida experience."
