However, we did notice that some of the fixtures in the room are a bit dated, particularly the toilet. Updating these elements would significantly improve the overall experience. "Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were well maintained and had an authentic feel, although the shower was a bit difficult to keep at a consistent temperature. Beds were comfy. Pool was a bit chilly. The location was a bit of a drive from Arenal and La Fortuna, so I was glad that we had rented a vehicle to get around. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend to others looking to stay in the area. "

My wife and I travel frequently and stay at high-end properties around the world, and this was quite simply the best resort we have ever experienced. Every aspect of the property is thoughtfully executed. All five restaurants were outstanding, offering consistently excellent food and service. Our villa was beautiful, impeccably comfortable, and private; the warm plunge pool was an absolute highlight (warm from the hot springs!). The grounds are immaculate, the facilities are top-tier, and the spa is perfectly serene. What truly sets Nayara Springs apart, however, is the extraordinary hospitality. The level of warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care shown by the staff is unlike anything we’ve encountered elsewhere.
