"We stayed at this location to be close to the gym where my son had a basketball tournament. I was very impressed with this facility. In my opinion this location is one of the nicest hotels in this brand, plus it was affordable for an overnight stay. The lobby is very clean, has lots of lighting and the overall ambience is nice. We selected an interior room, however the hotel has a lot of security throughout the property. Each door is secure with an alarm so you always feel very safe. Naoka at the front desk was very friendly; she answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely stay at this hotel."

"Hotel was fine for a night as we were traveling through the area. It appears that they have tried to do some renovations but haven’t quite completed the process. We didn’t eat breakfast at the restaurant but it looked fine. The area around the hotel was busy and we noticed what looked to be an abandoned car in the parking lot. Its presence made us a little uneasy as we arrived late at night but, all was well. Staff was very friendly and efficient upon arrival and check-out."

"When we came in to check in there was an odd smell in the lobby. It was clean looking, but it needs a fresh smell when you first walk in. The room also had a stale smell. The room was ok and we felt safe at the facility."

"Your townhouse is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay much more than being in a hotel! We were very busy and never needed to cook as we were out most of the time, but we did use the Keurig for coffee. Our only issue was trying to unlock the door, but we got a quick response when we text you about it! Very much appreciated it so quickly and our issue was resolved with a new code. Thank you again."

"We were in town for the birth of our first grandchild. This property is very conveniently located right near Atrium Health Union West and it served as a wonderful place for us to come and go to the hospital as needed. Pet friendly home without any pet smells. Our fur baby was happy. The home has a lot of charm from the post WWII era but great modern upgrades. The owners did a fantastic job of mixing the two without compromising either. The mattresses were super comfy, which is hit or miss with Short Term Rentals. This one is a hit. I highly recommend this property and would definitely recommend staying here. "
